This garden is open by appointment only. Conditions apply. Inspirational Garden of Love. It began after transporting an old weatherboard home onto a 42 acre large cow paddock in 2002. Both keen gardeners, we started on the garden first. Without any plan, we allowed the natural contours of the block to be the architect. Today our garden covers about eight acres and is a celebration of love and a lot of hard work. It is an eclectic mix of Australian natives, exotics, tropical plants alongside many European shrubs and trees. Driveway lined with many deciduous trees including Claret and Golden Ash also many natives including flowering banksias leads past an expanse of water edged by rolling lawns and colourful irises. Wander along the many winding pathways, terraced garden beds and stone steps through this never-ending garden. Rest in a quiet garden nook or walk around the small lake, through lovely displays of bulbs, bromeliads, clivias, aloes, roses, conifers, tropical, cottage plants, bush tucker plants and natives.
